              <h3 class=\"elementskit-info-box-title\">\n                    PHASE 1: Instrumentation preparation                <\/h3>\n                        \t\t  \t<p>This first phase aims to acquire and prepare the instruments relevant to the project for monitoring the atmospheric water cycle.
